Our founder and CEO, Roberto Mendoza, originally from Tabasco, Mexico, moved to Japan to pursue his dreams. Now married and living in Tokyo, he leads the TOKIO MANIA team with heart and commitment, combining the best of both cultures.
We provide personal customer support in Spanish and English, always through real people — never bots — via email or in person.
