We strongly recommend purchasing these products only from official brand stores. Additionally, we do not quote POPMART products (specifically LABUBU The Monsters) from marketplaces due to the high risk of counterfeit items.
If the customer provides the purchase links (whether from official stores, retailers, or marketplaces), TOKIO MANIA acts solely as the buyer and is therefore released from all responsibility regarding the authenticity of the item. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review:
If TOKIO MANIA searches for products in marketplaces at the customer’s request, we reserve the right not to quote brands or items with a high risk of counterfeiting, such as:
In such cases, we suggest quoting figures, toys, manga, books, and collectible items.
TOKIO MANIA does not quote pre-order items or products that have not yet been officially released in the Japanese market.
Each quote request allows up to 5 products with a maximum of 1 unit per product, due to availability and price fluctuations in marketplaces.
Combined shipping is only allowed if all items are purchased in the same order. You may request separate quotes, but payment must be made through a single link. One order = one shipment. We do not split shipments under any circumstances.
Requests are answered within a maximum of 48 business hours (Monday to Friday).
Once the quote is sent, the customer has 24 hours to confirm and pay. After this period, the payment link will be deactivated and it may affect their reputation with TOKIO MANIA.
If the customer accepts a quote but fails to make the payment, the service will be denied in future requests.
